I've always suspected that if you have a customer care department, or a mission statement, or a declaration of service standards, you are probably not doing things right in the first place. How about using your common sense, doing things properly and giving your customer everything they would expect - and then a little more? That's all. (P.S. I'm not a customer on a bus or a train, I'm a passenger. Though the same commonsense rules apply.) So it's cemeteries now:
Good grief. Just do it right. And if you don't know what is right, then get another job. |
