Jimmy Hill is delighted with his copy of Johnny Haynes--The Maestro, for which he wrote the foreword. In the photograph, publisher Ken Coton is proud to be pictured alongside Jimmy, who was a playing contemporary of Haynes, and has been a hugely influential figure in football.
